My $181 Nightmare: A Warning About My Disastrous Experience with Glasses USA 😩
I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering Glasses USA. My experience was an absolute disaster that left me feeling robbed. I needed to share this so others could be aware before they make the same mistake. I purchased my 1st pair of Versace glasses and I sent in my Rx but received the wrong prescription glasses and after I contacted the virtual attendant 4 times, I was told that I’d receive a return label to send the glasses back to correct the mistake the company made. I requested a return twice and was never provided the opportunity to return the glasses to get the right prescription in them. After getting nowhere with the automated system, I finally insisted on speaking to a live person to try and resolve this mess.
Customer: I have been trying for weeks to get a simple return label! You sent me someone else’s thick prescription glasses instead of the readers I paid $181 for. Your virtual attendant is a joke.
