Let me share a truly terrible online shopping experience I just had, hoping my cautionary tale saves you the same headache. They sent me the wrong prescription safety glasses, which immediately caused dizziness and nausea. To make matters worse, it’s been impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help resolve this. I’ve endured multiple chat sessions, phone calls, and emails, but I still can’t get in touch with anyone who can actually fix this mess. This utter lack of support is why I felt compelled to leave this review and make one final attempt to engage with customer service.
Customer: I received the wrong prescription safety glasses, and they're making me dizzy and nauseous. I've tried reaching someone for days, but it's impossible. CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about the incorrect prescription and the discomfort you're experiencing. I understand you've had trouble reaching us. Customer: Yes, I'm literally feeling ill from these glasses, and your customer service is non-existent. What are you going to do to fix this right now? CS Rep: I truly apologize for the frustration and the lack of proper assistance you've faced. I can initiate a priority re-order for the correct prescription and arrange for a return of the incorrect pair. Customer: So I have to wait even longer without proper vision because of your error? This is exactly why I'm leaving a review. Can you at least assure me this will be fast-tracked? CS Rep: Absolutely. I will personally escalate this re-order to ensure it's processed with the highest priority, and I'll provide you with a direct contact for updates.
