Let me share my absolutely terrible online shopping experience, hoping to spare you from the same frustration. I recently spent $372 on a pair of glasses, only to receive them scratched. It was appalling. I immediately tried to start a return or exchange, but I never received the return label; the 'bot' just kept sending it to an email that never arrived. I spent two agonizing days trying to talk to a human to fix this issue, with absolutely no luck. When I finally did get through, they sent the wrong return information. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because this level of ineptitude and lack of support is simply unacceptable.
