A Customer's Nightmare: Deceptive Timelines & Zero Communication 😠


I'm writing this as a warning about my terrible online shopping experience. I have never had a problem with Glasses USA until this order, but boy is it a whopper! First, DO NOT order from here if you want your glasses within a certain time frame or they will twist your order date with the production date as an EXCUSE for delayed shipping. My order from March 23rd was still processing in early April, with an expected arrival of April 17th. That’s nearly a month for what should be a simple order! The communication was non-existent; I was promised a tracking number that I never received. Completely fed up with the delays and lack of transparency, I finally contacted their customer service, demanding to know what was happening with my purchase.

Customer: My order from March 23rd is still not here. The invoice just says "en route" but I never got a tracking number. It’s been weeks. Where are my glasses?

CS Rep: I am very sorry to hear about the significant delay and the issue with your tracking information. Let me pull up your order. I see it has shipped, but I sincerely apologize for the extended production time, which was longer than our standard.

Customer: Extended production time? It took over two weeks just to ship. Your website’s timeline is completely misleading. I was told 3 business days for production, but this is ridiculous.

CS Rep: I understand your frustration completely, and you are right to be upset. This is not our usual standard of service. As an apology for this experience, I have refunded your shipping fee and can provide the direct tracking number for you right now.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
