Let me tell you about my terrible online shopping experience, hoping it serves as a cautionary tale for others. I truly believe this place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers, a fraud, ripping customers off for services they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid $19.95 for “next day delivery,” which their site clearly stated, only to receive an email hours later saying my order would take 3 business days. When I tried to resolve this, I was met with automated systems, non-responsive emails, and even a human who wasn't helpful. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage their customer service because their actions were dishonest, and their lack of support was utterly frustrating.
Customer: I paid for next-day delivery, almost twenty dollars, and my order email now says it will take three business days. This isn't what I paid for. CS Rep: I understand your frustration, sir. Let me check your order details for you. Can I have your order number please? Customer: It's [Order Number]. I expect a full refund for that next-day delivery fee, as the service was clearly not provided. CS Rep: Thank you. I see the delivery estimate has been updated. I'm very sorry for this discrepancy. I've submitted a request to our billing department to review the next-day delivery fee for a refund. Customer: So, it's not guaranteed? You're not just processing it now? I tried emailing six times, and no one replied. This is incredibly frustrating. CS Rep: I apologize for the lack of response to your emails. The billing department typically processes these requests within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once it's resolved.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap of paying for services that are not provided and dealing with non-existent customer service.
