Let me tell you, my recent online shopping experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and I'm sharing this as a stern warning to others. I ordered bifocals, carefully providing my full, accurate prescription numbers. What I received three weeks later were glasses with a 3.0 on the bottom and no focal point whatsoever on top – completely opaque and utterly worthless. This frustrating encounter forced me to leave a review and attempt to sort things out with their customer service.
Customer: I'm calling about order [Order Number]. I received my bifocals after three weeks, and they are completely useless. CS Rep: I'm very sorry to hear that. Can you describe what's wrong with the glasses? Customer: They have a 3.0 on the bottom, but the top has no focal point at all. It's just opaque, not even the wrong prescription, just utterly worthless. How could something like this be sent out? CS Rep: That sounds incredibly frustrating, and I sincerely apologize for the quality issue you've experienced. This is certainly not our standard. Customer: And now I'm supposed to print a shipping label, which I don't have a printer for, and go to UPS to ship them back for a refund. It's Covid, I don't want to go anywhere! I didn't make a worthless pair of glasses! CS Rep: I completely understand your reluctance to go out. Let me see what options we have to facilitate the return and your refund without requiring you to visit UPS or print a label yourself. We can explore arranging a pickup or sending a pre-printed label by mail, and we'll process your refund or replacement as soon as the return is confirmed.
