I specifically paid $19.95 for "next day delivery," only to receive an email hours later stating my order would take 3 business days. This blatant misrepresentation compelled me to reach out to customer service and demand a refund for a service I clearly wouldn't receive.

Customer: I am calling because I paid $19.95 for next-day delivery on my order, but then I received an email saying it would take 3 business days. This isn't next-day delivery, and I need a refund for that charge. CS Rep: I understand your frustration, sir. I see your order number. I sincerely apologize for the misleading information on our site regarding the delivery timeframe. Customer: Misleading is an understatement. I paid for a service that wasn't provided. Are you going to refund my $19.95 or not? I've already tried emailing and using the chat bot, and gotten nowhere. CS Rep: Yes, absolutely. We do not want you to pay for a service you didn't receive. I am processing a full refund for the $19.95 next-day delivery fee to your original payment method right now. You should see it reflected within 3-5 business days. Customer: Thank you. That's what I expected in the first place.
